About the Event
We practice yoga to feel calm, strong, and centred, no matter what is happening in the outside world.
Whilst its ideal to go to a real-life yoga class, a Virtual class is the next best thing.
Maybe more convenient because you can do it from the comfort of your own home.
This class is suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced.
There are 2 parts: Yang - dynamic, flowing movements and Yin - longer held, deeper postures.
We will close the class with a 10-minute meditation.
If you have a yoga mat and a cushion that would be great but not necessary
You will receive an email with the login details 30 minutes before the class starts
