We practice yoga to feel calm, strong, and centred, no matter what is happening in the outside world. 

Practicing yoga online means that you can do classes anywhere, at home, at the office or at the beach.

These classes are suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced.

Please let me know at the beginning of class if you have any injuries so I can take extra care of you. 

It might be helpful to have a cushion and a thick book handy to use as props

Every class includes 10 minutes of meditation.
