helping us to bring clarity to the challenges ahead.

Barefoot Retreats are hosted by Crawf Weir and friends in beautiful country locations.
Suitable for all types of yoga enthusiasts, from the complete beginner to the seasoned pro.
With yoga and meditation classes both morning and evening you will
feel stretched, strengthened and grounded.
There will be plenty of time to rest, relax and explore the local countryside.
Amazing vegetarian food straight from the garden, made with love by in-house chefs.
Rest, practice, explore, eat well and have fun.

Springfield Farm is located in the beautiful Southern Highlands, a scenic 90-minute drive from Sydney. Set on 20 acres of land, this extraordinary residence offers luxurious generous spaces, polished wood floors, spectacular light-filled living and dining room, and romantic bedrooms. The Hall's sweeping 20m ceilings, mezzanine and huge wooden beams evoke a rare, timeless grandeur. The yoga room has a beautiful timber floor with stunning views over the rolling paddocks and countryside beyond.
